Digital Life is a huge company within AT&T and there are many stakeholders involved. Our involvement helped to set the expectation for the visual design and identified key gaps in the requirements. One of the identified gaps is creating a secure experience for users. Secure authentication is crucial to the experience if customers will have the ability to manage everything in their lives remotely. We’ve proposed using biometric authentication to help keep customers accounts and lives secure.
Although CDI is not responsible for building the final product, we have continued involvement in the project as their checks and balances.
