One of the pain points from our in market shoppers has been the interaction with dealerships and the negotiation when purchasing a car. This Design Studio explores how we can solve the problem of creating a more engaging and meaningful experience between the consumer and the dealership.  The current perception of our in market shoppers is the feeling  of frustration  and intimidation by pushy sales reps at dealerships.
