OPUS Mobile was created as the next iteration in mobile point of sale design for the retail stores. Building on OPUS Lite, OPUS Mobile provides new functionality as well as the ability to port the application to multiple devices and operating systems, therefore making it a much more flexible and efficient application. The motivating force behind the design of OPUS Mobile is to give retail store reps the ability to help customers out on the store floor, and remove the barrier of the traditional point of sale terminal. When this barrier is removed from the process, reps are able to more easily build relationships and trust with our customers. Reps are able also to help customers more quickly by having access to the point of sale system at any location in the store.
