Solution Center - Retail Kiosk
Solution Center is a complex system catering to two audiences, store representatives and customers. Making the system usable, engaging, and quick for both audiences can sometimes be a challenge. With the right design and functionality, the Solution Center kiosk can impact the store flow and the way reps sell products.
Through research, we have identified gaps in the retail sales flow that could be overcome by enhancing functionality on the Solution Center. A key gap identified in the retail experience is having the ability to show customers their rate plan as its being built or recommended to them. Store representatives hope to see this functionality on the kiosks to speed up the process for new customers.
